We accomplished the project with the maximum comfort mind and therefore we have provided comprehensive infrastructure necessary to ensure relaxation - including a wellness zone, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a beach and a restaurant. There will also be a reception with a lobby, an outdoor cinema, an amphitheatre, a marina with a pier and charging stations for electric cars.
Luxury by the lake
Kalbornia is a unique place in the heart of Warmia and Mazury Region - 35 luxurious houses are being developed in a place surrounded by a forest, in a quiet zone by the waters of the Dąbrowa Wielka lake. Therefore, the entire construction process requires a special approach, the alignment with nature and the use of environment-friendly technologies.
